利多卡因联合庆大霉素预防留置导尿管拔除后尿潴留的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨利多卡因联合庆大霉素预防吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)后拔除导尿管所致尿潴留的临床疗效。方法拔除导尿管前,运用利多卡因联合庆大霉素经导尿管注入膀胱内,观察拔除导尿管后尿潴留情况。结果 185例患者拔除导尿管后排尿均通畅,有效率为100%。结论利多卡联合庆大霉素预防PPH术后拔除导尿管所致尿潴留具有效果良好、成功率高、简单、安全、易于操作且无明显不良反应及并发症等优点。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of lidocaine combined gentamiein in the prevention of urinary retention after removal of the catheter after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH）. Methods Be- fore removal of catheter, lidoeaine combined with gentamicin were injected through the catheter into the bladder. The urinary retention after removal of the catheter was observed. Results All the 185 patients can urinate smoothly, achieving the effective rate of 100%. Conclusion For preventing urinary retention after removal of the catheter after PPH, lidocaine combined with gentamiein are quite effective and safe, with high success rate, simple operation, and no significant adverse reactions and complications.
