骨痹汤配合圆利针斜刺治疗颈型颈椎病的临床评价

摘　　要：目的观察骨痹汤配合圆利针斜刺治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将75例确诊的颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组39例和对照组36例。治疗组应用骨痹汤随症加减配合圆利针斜刺阿是穴治疗,对照组单纯应用圆利针斜刺阿是穴处理,治疗两周后观察比较疗效。结果采用骨痹汤配合圆利针斜刺的患者治疗后VAS评分和NPQ积分百分比均明显少于单纯圆利针斜刺的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自身前后比较,骨痹汤配合圆利针斜刺组患者经治疗后VAS评分和NPQ积分百分比均较治疗前有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月随访,治疗组VAS评分和NPQ积分百分比与治疗后比较未见明显变化(P>0.05)。结论骨痹汤配合圆利针斜刺治疗颈型颈椎病有协同强化的作用,具有很好的临床疗效,而且远期疗效亦比较理想,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gubi decoction combined with round sharp needle acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods Seventy-five patients diagnosed with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=39） and the control group （n=36）. The treatment group used Gubi decoction combined with round sharp needle acupuncture, while the control group applied round sharp needle acupuncture. Two weeks after treatment, the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score and NPQ score in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. In the treatment group, the VAS score and NPQ score after treatment were significantly decreased compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）. The VAS score and NPQ score showed no significant difference one month after treatment, com- pared with those after treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Gubi decoction combined with round sharp needle acupunc- ture has a synergistic role in strengthening treatment of cervical spondylosis, with high clinical efficacy and good long-term effect, which is worthy of promotion.
