七叶皂甙钠治疗肛肠患者术后肿痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨七叶皂甙钠治疗肛肠患者术后肿痛的临床疗效。方法将我院诊治的80例肛肠手术患者随机分为对照组(术后不应用消肿药物)和观察组(术后静滴七叶皂甙钠)各40例,观察和比较两组患者术后疼痛和肿胀程度,以及临床疗效和并发症。结果观察组术后无痛患者14例(35.0%),显著多于对照组的6例(15.0%)(P<0.05),而重度疼痛患者2例(5.0%),显著少于对照组的9例(22.5%)(P<0.05);术后观察组明显肿胀者10例(25.0%),显著少于对照组的28例(70.0%)(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.0%(38/40),显著高于对照组的72.5%(29/40)(P<0.05)。结论肛肠手术患者术后应用七叶皂甙钠能够明显改善患者的肿痛症状,提高术后生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of seven aescinate in the treatment of postoperative pain and swelling in patients with anorectal disorders. Methods Eighty patients undergoing anorectal surgery in our hospital during Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2013 were randomized into the control group （n=40, received no anti-swell- ing drug） and the observation group （n=40, received seven acscinatc by postoperative intravenous drip）. The de- gree of the postoperative pain and swelling, clinical efficacy and complications in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Fourteen cases （35.0%） in the observation group suffered no postoperative pain, significant- ly more than 6 cases （15.0%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Two cases （5.0%） were found with severe pain in the ob- servation group, significantly less than 9 cases （22.5%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Ten cases （25.0%） were with post- operative swelling, significantly less than 28 cases （70.0） in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the obser- vation group was 95.0% （38/40）, significantly higher than 72.5% （29/40） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with anorcctal surgery, seven acscinatc can significantly improve the postoperative symptoms of swelling and pain, increase the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
