A-T瓣在下唇大型黏液囊肿切除术中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的研究下唇较大黏液囊肿切除术后,应用A-T瓣对缺损的整复效果。方法对明确诊断为下唇黏液囊肿且囊肿直径>1.5cm的25例患者,行手术切除后即刻利用A-T瓣修复下唇缺损,观察随访下唇重建效果及并发症情况。结果所有患者术后一周都达到了一期愈合,下唇外观满意。随访6个月无一例复发。结论应用A-T瓣能够有效整复下唇大型黏液囊肿切除术后缺损,并保持唇部正常形态。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of reconstructing the defect in the lower lip by using A-T flap after large mucocele resection. Methods Twenty-five patients, diagnosed as the lower lip mucocele and cyst diameter larger than 1.5 cm, was chosen. After surgical resection, the defect was immediately reconstructed by A-T flap. Patients were followed up for reconstruction effects and complications. Results After a week, all the pa- tients recovered well, and the lower lips appearance were satisfactory. No recurrence was found during 6 months of fol- low-up. Conclusion Reconstruction of lower lip large mucocele resection defect by A-T flaps has good efficacy and can significantly maintain the lips appearance.
