摘　　要：目的调查沙井街道外来女工人工流产的原因。方法选取2012年1～12月于本院社康中心行人工流产的1019例外来女工为研究对象,将其中不同年龄段和文化程度人员的流产原因和相关知识掌握情况进行比较。结果文化程度低和低年龄段人员流产原因主要为未采取避孕措施,其相关知识掌握情况也较文化程度高和高年龄段的妇女差,其差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论沙井街道外来女工人工流产的主要原因为未采取避孕措施和对相关知识掌握较差,应给予重点干预。Objective To investigate the induced abortion reason of female migrant workers in Shajing Street. Methods A total of 1 019 female migrant workers who were treated with induced abortion in community health center of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as research objects. The induced abortion reason and related knowledge mastering situation of female migrant workers with different ages and educa- tion level were compared. Results The main induced abortion reason of female migrant workers with lower ages and education level was not applying contraception, and their related knowledge mastering situation were worse than that of workers with higher education level and age, all P〈0.05, all with significant differences. Conclusion The main in- duced abortion reason of female migrant workers in Shajing Street are not applying contraception and poor related knowledge mastering situation, which should be paid to intensive intervention.
