南宁市居民血脂异常患病率调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解南宁市居民血脂水平及血脂异常患病率。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,于2003年7月至2005年12月在广西南宁市按年龄构成比例抽取年龄≥18岁,TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C等资料完整的15 765例,统计人群的血脂水平及血脂异常患病率。结果:抽样人群TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C水平分别为(5.33±1.13)mmol/L、(1.73±1.42)mmol/L、(1.46±0.35)mmol/L、(2.93±0.82)mmol/L,校正年龄后分别为4.95,1.48,1、50,2.75mmol/L;抽样人群总血脂异常患病率为68.2%,其中男性为71.8%,女性为62.5%,标化率分别为51.5%,58.1%,43.5%。结论:南宁市居民有较高的血脂水平,血脂异常患病率高,防治血脂异常迫在眉睫。Objective：To study the serum lipid level in Nanning City. The prevalence of dyslipidemia in general population, males, and females were 68.2%, 71.8% 62.5% ; and the standardized rates were 51.5%, 58.1% and 43.5%, respectively. Conclusion： Both levels and the prevalence of dyslipidemia of resident in Nanning city were high. Prevention and treat- t of dyslipidemia are imminent.
