广西艾滋病监测报告暨533例艾滋病病毒抗体阳性产妇情况分析

摘　　要：目的:为了掌握广西孕产妇艾滋病病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)感染状况,研究HIV母婴阻断的效果。方法:在监测点对孕产妇进行HIV咨询和HIV-抗体检测,对HIV感染孕产妇进行追踪管理。结果:监测点HIV检测569 061例,检测率90.14%,HIV阳性533例,阳性率0.094%(533/631 284),其中2009年HIV阳性229例,阳性率0.085%(229/269 754);2010年HIV阳性304例,阳性率0.102%(304/299 307)。有逐年上升趋势。两年共有HIV感染孕产妇死亡4例,病死率0.75%;HIV感染孕产妇所娩死胎和早期新生儿死亡共12例,引产1例,存活520例。结论:广西的HIV母婴阻断工作应该加强孕产妇的HIV咨询和检测,强化HIV感染孕产妇跟踪监测。采取提高终止妊娠率、抗HIV病毒药物干预、存活新生儿的随访、喂养指导、抗HIV病毒药物的使用等措施,最大限度地减少婴儿的HIV感染,才能实现HIV母婴传播阻断的目标。Objective：In order to acquire the maternal AIDS virus （human immunodeficiency virus, HIV） infection status in Guangxi, and research the effect of preventing mother-to-child transmission of HIV. Methods： In the monitoring point, take HIV counseling and HIV-antibody detecting to pregnant women, and tracking management to the HIV-positive people. Results： A total of 229 cases were positive in 2009 （0. 085%）, and 304 cases were positive in 2010 （0. 102%）. There is a rising trend year by year. Four cases of maternal died, the mortality rate was 0.75%; the stillbirth and early neonatal death were 12 cases in to- tal, 1 cases of induced abortion, while 520 people alive. Conclusion： Guangxi AIDS PMTCT work should strengthen AIDS counseling and testing of pregnant women, strengthen the monitoring of HIV infection in pregnant women. In order to achieve the target of HIV mother-to-child transmission interruption, taking measures such as improving termination rate of pregnancy, anti-HIV drug intervention, the survival and feeding guidance of newborn follow-up, the use of anti-HIV drugs and etc. , are it is necessary to reduce the baby HIV infection maximally.
