摘　　要：随着我国客货车辆制动装置的不断改进 ,原《技规》的闸瓦压力表已不能适应现场运用 ,特别是提速的要求。在 1 999年铁道部的《技规》修订中已对此作了较重大的修订。介绍该次修订中有关制动部分的内容 ,以说明新《技规》列车限速表的修订结果及其依据 ,并提出了新《牵规》中的有关问题。With the continuous improvement of the braking equipment on railway passenger and freight cars in our country,the brake shoe pressure table in the Technological Code is not appropriate to the application in field any more,especially the requirements on speed increase.Fairly important revision was made in the revision for Technological Code in 1999.The contents about braking in the revision are described to explain the revision results and their basis for the train speed restriction table in the new Technological Code. And some problems in the new Technological Code are put forward.
