摘　　要：介绍了企业架构(EA)理论和相关模型,分析了近年来国内外多个大型企业中企业架构管控体系建设的具体实践。指出企业架构管控体系已经成为支撑现代企业信息化发展新的科学理论,企业架构管控体系建设是企业信息化有了一定基础后,企业实现经营、管理、可持续发展再上新台阶的最优路径,是企业实现信息化建设与企业战略之间无缝对接的一套规范、有效并且可以常态化的保障机制,是企业信息技术(IT)部门与决策层实现有效沟通的工具。The theory and related models of EA have been introduced, the practice of EA construction in large scale enterprises home and abroad have been analyzed. EA management sysytem has become a new theory to support the modern enterprises informatization development. When certain foundation of informatization has founded, the construction of EA management system is the optimized way for realizing enterprises operation, management and sustainable development up to new stage, is a set of specified,effective and normalized supprot mechanism for enterprises to realize the seamless connection between inforamtization construction and enterprises strategy, is a tool for effective communication between enterprises IT department and decision maker level.
