摘　　要：本项目根据某客车厂业务过程需求,利用知识库技术进行模型构建,对企业日常通知、生产计划信息、物料信息及采购信息等进行分类、存储及检索,设计了通知管理模块、生产计划管理模块、物料管理模块及采购计划管理模块等功能模块,实现了企业知识系统的整体管理,从而提高企业工作效率及生产率。According to the business process needs of a bus manufactory,this paper constructs the model using knowledge base technology.With this model,we can classify,store and retrieval the daily notification,production planning information,material information and purchase information of enterprises.In addition,we can design some function modules,such as the management module of notice,production planning,materials and purchase planning.Thus the overall management of enterprise knowledge system can be realized,and the business efficiency and productivity of will be improved.
