摘  要:为了了解武汉市规模化养鸡场蛋鸡粪便中重金属元素含量,为将鸡粪开发成肥育猪再生饲料提供科学依据,采取随机取样的方法,从武汉市得康畜牧发展有限公司采得新鲜鸡粪样品,分别测定其重金属Cu、Zn、Pb的含量。分析结果表明:Cu为40.99 mg/kg,Zn为355.36 mg/kg,Pb为8.13 mg/kg。对比我国现行肥育猪饲料卫生标准,鸡粪料中Cu超标0.17倍、Zn超标0.42倍、Pb超标0.63倍。鸡粪制作肥育猪再生饲料原料时,应严格控制其在肥育猪日粮中的添加比例,以防重金属含量超标而影响肥育猪健康。In order to understand the heavy metals content in chicken manure in large-scale chicken farm of Wuhan City, and to provide scientific basis on regenerative feed used in fattening pigs' diet, fresh chicken manure samples were collected in three different time randomly from Dekang livestock development Co., Ltd. in Wuhan, detected the content of heavy metal Cu, Zn, Pb respectively. The results showed that Cu, Zn, Pb content were 40. 99 mg/kg, 355.36 mg/kg, 8. 13 mg/kg respectively. Compared with the forage health standard in our country, in the manure compound, Cu exceeded 0. 17 times, Zn exceeded 0. 42 times, Pb exceeded 0. 63 times. So when chicken manure is used as regenerative feed material for fattening pigs' diet, the additive capacity should be strictly controlled, to prevent the heavy metal to affect the health of fattening pigs.
