摘　　要：城市因其在资源、人才、技术等方面的领导力,让低碳城市建设成为低碳化和低碳经济的关键因素。分析了低碳城市建设的基本需求和中原城市群现状,认为低碳城市建设是中原经济区构建的必由之路和巨大推动力,讨论了实现中原经济区低碳城市建设的策略,但建设过程中应结合城市自身的禀赋特点来进行。Because of the powerful influence of the city in resources, talents, technology and other aspects, low-carbon urban construction became the key factor to the low-carbon development and low-carbon economy. The basic needs of low-carbon city construction and the city status of central economic region were analyzed in this paper. The strategies of how to realize low-carbon urban construction were discussed, and the characteris-tics of city should be taken into consideration in the process of construction.
