摘　　要：采用综合评价方法中的"横向"拉开档次法和"纵向"拉开档次法,分别对河南省18个地区的第三产业竞争力和2000—2011年12年间的第三产业竞争力进行综合评价,并给出综合评价值及排序。结果表明,河南省第三产业竞争力在纵向上大致呈现增强的趋势,且在18个地区中郑州市、洛阳市等地区的第三产业竞争力较强,而鹤壁市、漯河市竞争力相对较弱。This paper adopts the vertical scatter degree and horizontal scatter degree in comprehensive evalua-tion method respectively to analyze the third industry competitiveness of 18 regions from 2000 to 2011 in 12 years, and gives the comprehensive evaluation value and sorting. The results show that the third industry com-petitiveness of Henan province generally presents increasing trend in the longitudinal, and among the 18 cit-ies, Zhengzhou and Luoyang are competitive, and Hebi and Luohe are relatively weak.
