摘　　要：通过对苏州市中小学校舍的实地调研以及相关抗震鉴定结果的分析,对该地区中小学建筑结构的现状进行了统计与分析,主要包括建造年代、建筑高度、结构形式、结构规则性、抗震鉴定结论、是否为单跨框架结构等,结合现状调查的统计分析与震害调查结果,着重对被调查建筑的主要抗震缺陷进行了分类与分析,调查与分析结果可为实际工程提供参考。Abstract： In this paper, based on the field investigation and research on buildings of elementary and secondary schools in Suzhou City and analysis on the relevant aseismic appraisal result, the present situation of elementary and secondary schools building structures in the area is analyzed statistically, including the following aspects such as the construction time, building height, structure form, structure regularity, aseismatic appraisal conclu- sion, single span frame structure or not, etc. Based on statistical analysis of the status survey and results of sur- veyed earthquake damage, this paper focuses on classifying and analyzing the main seismic defects of surveyed buildings, which can provide reference for practical engineering applications.
