摘　　要：村务公开制度是我国农村基层民主建设的重要内容,在实际运作中存在村务公开内容不全面、流于形式、发展不平衡等问题,产生这些问题的主要原因在于村务公开长效机制的缺失。构建村务公开长效机制需加强制度建设,改变压力型体制,完善监督机制。System of However, there are many ment, etc. , which caused village affairs is an important content of China＇s rural grass - roots democracy - building. problems in practice as follows： incomplete contents, formality, imbalances in developby the lack of long - term mechanism of village affairs. In order to solve these problems, it＇s necessary to build village affairs mechanism, strengthen the system construction, change the pressure system and perfect the mechanism of supervision.
