生长抑素在老年胃肠肿瘤患者术后胃肠功能恢复及其预后中的作用

摘　　要：目的研究生长抑素对老年胃肠肿瘤患者术后的影响。方法按照随机、双盲原则将100例患者分为对照组和实验组。对两组患者做疲劳记分,测定血清中C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6和IL-8水平,统计术后各项指标和氮平衡。结果实验组血清中CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后肛门排气时间和术后住院时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后腹部伤口Ⅱ甲愈合高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后氮平衡的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后疲劳程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素能有效促进老年胃肠肿瘤患者术后胃肠功能的恢复,改善预后。Objective To explore effect of somatostatin on postoperative elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumor. Methods According to the randomized,double-blind principle of 100 patients were divided into control group and experimental group. Two groups of patients with fatigue score, determination of serum CRP,TNF-α, IL-6 and IL- 8 levels,statistical postoperative index and nitrogen balance. Results In experimental group,serum CRP,TNF-α,IL- 6 and IL-8 levels were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）;The experiment group postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization time was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05） ;The ex perimental group postoperative abdominal wound Ⅱ class healing was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05） ;Nitrogen balance after operation in experimental group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05） ;The experimental group postoperative fatigue degree was lighter than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Somatostatin can effectively promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and improve the prognosis in elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumor.
