摘　　要：云计算是商业化的产物，同时也具有公益性。公共信息来源广泛，内容丰富，并为政府所掌控。公众知情权意识的提升，云计算的自由开放理念等综合因素影响政府对公共信息资源的处理方式和态度，创新管理机制是服务型政府的理性选择。Cloud computing is the product of commercialization. It has public welfare also. Public information has wide variety of sources, which is rich in content, and it is controlled by the government. Approach and attitude of public information resources management are affected by heightened awareness of the public＇s right to know and free and open concept of cloud computing, management mechanism innovation is the rational option of service-oriented government.
