摘　　要：开展事实型数据库的建设是科技情报研究基础环境建设的重要工作。文章以科技计划项目事实型数据库为例，从数据源分析、建设内容、工作流程、数据结构设计及应用实例几个方面探讨开展事实型数据库的建设。Carrying out the construction of factual database is an important work of environmental infrastructure construction for scientific and technological information research. This paper takes factual database of S＆T plans＇ projects as an example, from it discusses the probes the factual database construction from the data source analysis, construction content, working process, data structure design, and application example, etc.
