摘 要:为了探明光质与新疆红地球葡萄果实着色和果皮中花色苷积累的关系,选取石河子和伊犁地区的红地球葡萄,通过不同颜色覆网处理,采用色差计和高效液相色谱法对果实着色过程果实的颜色指标、锦葵色素含量进行测定。结果表明:随着果实不断成熟,不同颜色覆网使红地球葡萄果实L*值呈逐渐下降趋势,C*呈不断下降的趋势,h°、CIRG和果皮中锦葵色素逐渐升高。粉网处理促进果实着色和锦葵色素的积累;黄网处理在一定程度上抑制果皮中锦葵色素的积累,且能极显著降低CIRG值;绿网处理对果皮中锦葵色素积累的影响不显著,但能在一定程度上降低果实的CIRG值;白网处理对果实着色影响不显著,但能在一定程度上抑制果皮中锦葵色素的,两地区的蓝网处理结果存在一定差异。In order to understand the relationship among light quality, berry coloring and anthocyanin accumulation of Red Globe grape,different color nets were covered on top of canopy before coloration stage at Shihezi and Yili of Xinjiang. The component was determined by colorimeter,and the CIRG was counted. The concentration of Malvidin pigment was determined by HPLC. The results showed that with the ripening of the fruits,L* and C* in berry skin decreased gradually,h°,CIRG and the content of Malvidin anthocyanin increased gradually. It was found that pink netting was in favor of accumulation of Malvidin pigment and fruit coloring. The content of Malvidin pigment was inhabited by yellow netting, and the CIRG decreased significantly in certain degree. There were no different effects found about the content of Malvidin pigment by red and green netting, but the CIRG decreased in certain degree. There was no different effect found about coloring by white netting, the content of Malvidin pigment was inhabited in certain degree. The different effect was found between Shihezi and Yili when using blue netting.
