GC-MS分析桂枝茯苓胶囊及组方药材挥发油成分

摘　　要：分析桂枝茯苓胶囊组方单味药材(桂枝、茯苓、白芍、丹皮、桃仁)、配伍药材和桂枝茯苓胶囊中挥发油的成分。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,并用GC-MS对其成分进行分析鉴定和比较。组方药材单独提取的挥发油成分和组方药材配伍混合后提取的挥发油成分基本一致,但是和桂枝茯苓胶囊挥发油成分相差很大。桂枝茯苓胶囊与组方单味药材及组方配伍药材提取的挥发性成分,在数量和含量上有很大的差异,表明桂枝茯苓胶囊在工艺制备的过程中选择性地提取了其中的挥发性成分。To study the components of volatile oil in Guizhi Fuling Capsule and its related combinations Ramulus Cinnamomi, Poria cocos ,Radix Paeoniae Alba , Cortex Moutan Radicis , Semen Persicae. The chemical compositions of essential oils obtained by steam distillation were analyzed by GC-MS. The components of volatile oil in each herb are similar to the components in combinations. However, they have a great difference with the components in Guizhi Fuling Capsule. There is a great difference in species and relative contents of volatile oils in Guizhi Fuling Capsule and its related combinations. It is indicated that some components have been extracted selectively in the progress of Guizhi Fuling Capsule mode.
