摘　　要：暗适应作为驾驶适宜性的一个重要检测项目，为了制定其检测指标，首先介绍了暗适应的检测仪器与方法，然后合理地从5167名营运车辆驾驶员检测数据中选择出4596个有效样本，初步分析得到样本分布情况；然后通过对样本的处理与分析，得到暗适应与年龄及事故次数间的相关关系；最后通过单因素方差分析与K-均值聚类法，计算得出修正的暗适应评价指标。As an important project of driving suitability tests, for the purpose of making the dark - adaptation detection judging indexes, the paper firstly introduces the detection instruments and methods, and then reasonably chooses 4596 effective samples from 5167drivers, which gets the effective sample distribution and then by disposing and analyzing these samples, the paper gets the relevant relationship between dark - adaptation and age, accident numbers. Finally the paper reaches the revised dark - adaptation judging indexes by the methods of one - way ANOVA and K- means clustering.
