摘　　要：对企业理财系统柔性概念进行了界定 ,分析了企业理财系统柔性的构成框架 ,运用木桶理论评价法对企业理财系统柔性进行了评价。对提高企业理财系统综合能力素质进行了有益探讨。This paper outlines the concept of flexibility in business financing system and analyses its contructing framework. It also applies “the theory of barrel” to appraise the flexibility in business financing system. This paper makes a beneficial inquiry of how to improve the whole ability and performance of business financing system.
