手辅助腹腔镜结肠癌根治术手术配合分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手辅助腹腔镜(hand-assisted laparoscopicsurgery,HALS)结肠癌根治术的手术配合方法和经验。方法:将南华大学附属第一医院2012年9月至2013年2月收治的20例应用手辅助腹腔镜实施结肠癌根治手术患者的手术配合要点进行总结分析。结果:20例患者均顺利完成手术,无中转开腹、吻合口瘘、肠梗阻及死亡病例发生。结论:有效的心理护理、充分的术前准备、避免术中不安全因素发生及术中无瘤原则的应用与手辅助腹腔镜结肠癌根治术顺利完成密不可分.参6.Objective： To explore the cooperation method and experience of Hand assisted laparoscop- ic （hand-assisted laparoscopicsurgery, HALS） in coloreetal cancer radical surgery. Methods：To summa- rize and analyse the surgery cooperation points of hand assisted laparoscopic surgery of 20 cases undergo- ing colorectal cancer radical surgery between September 2012 and February 2013. Results：surgeries of 20 patients were successfully completed, no transfer laparotomy, anastomotie fistula, intestinal obstruc- tion, and deaths occurred. Conclusion： effective psychological nursing, sufficient preoperative prepara- tion, intraoperative to avoid unsafe factors and the application of the principles of intraoperative disease- free were closely connected with successful completion of hand assisted laparoscopic coloreetal cancer rad- ical. 6refs.
