摘　　要：非感染性尿道综合征的治疗须依据中医理论,发挥针灸、中药特色,相互结合,相辅相成,共奏益肾、通淋、利尿、散瘀之功,达到治疗疾病、巩固预后的目的。中医治疗非感染性尿道综合征的整体方案是针药结合,辨证施治,标本兼顾。The therapy of noninfectious urinary syndrome （NIUS） must based on the theory of TCM, educe the characteristic of acupunc- ture and Chinese crude drug, combine them together, assist and success one another to accomplish the effect of tonifying kidney, treating stranguria, diuresis, eliminating stasis in order to cure disease and secure the prognosis. The entire scheme in treating NIUS is to combine acupuncture and Chinese herbs, to determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs and to give consideration to both the incidental and fundamental.
