摘　　要：虽然近年来安徽省征地拆迁与补偿安置工作取得了较大进展,但是在征地拆迁与补偿安置工作中仍然存在着在征地拆迁不规范、补偿安置纠纷增多,补偿方式比较单一、补偿标准偏低、长远规划缺乏,就业安置压力较大,养老保险待遇较低等问题。其解决办法在于严格依法规范各种征地拆迁行为,全面落实"货币补偿、住房安置、就业安置和社会保障"补偿安置措施。Though great progress has been made in the land expropriation, house demolition, compensation and resettlement work in recent years in Anhui Province, there still exist problems, such as lack of standardization, increasing disputes on compensation and resettlement, single compensation method, low compensation standard, lack of long-term planning, greater employment pressure, and lower pension standards. The solution lies in regulating all kinds of land expropriation and house demolition work strictly, and implementing compensation and resettlement measures fully by means of monetary compensation, housing resettlement, job arrangement and social security.
