国产奥氮平治疗精神分裂症64例的随访研究

摘　　要：目的探讨国产奥氮平长期治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效、不良反应、治疗依从性以及复发率。方法选择2009年8月至2010年8月给予国产奥氮平治疗的精神分裂症患者64例,采用自身前后观察结合全病程管理模式进行1年随访。结果治疗第3,6,12月末的有效率分别为88.33%,85.00%和88.33%;有4例未完成随访,均发生在3个月的随访点;共有8例复发,占有效人数的13.33%;奥氮平平均持续治疗时间为(9.5±4.4)个月;不良反应主要体现为体重增加、嗜睡、便秘、乏力等。结论国产奥氮平长期治疗精神分裂症安全、有效。Objective To explore the effect,adverse reactions,treatment compliance and recurrence rate of domestic olanzapine in the long-term treatment of the patients with first episode schizophrenia.Methods 64 patients with first episode schizophrenia treated by domestic olanzapine in this hospital from August 2009 to August 2010 were chosen and performed the 1-year follow-up by the self observation before and after treatment combined with the whole course management mode.Results The effective rates at the end of 3,6,12 months were 88.33%,85.00%and 88.33%,respectively.4 cases did not complete the follow-up at the timepoint of 3-month follow up.Recurrence appeared in 8 cases,accounting for 13.33%.The average treatment duration of olanzapine was（9.5±4.4） months.The adverse reactions were mainly weight gain,sleepiness,constipation,fatigue,etc.Conclusion The long-term treatment of domestic olanzapine on schizophrenia is safe and effective.
