摘　　要：分析当前我国海洋发展的制约因素和潜力,对目前国内外船舶发展趋势进行了陈述。综合我国海洋发展的资源、空间的未来战略设想,提出以"立足崛起的延伸发展、遵循‘不强权、不侵略’和平发展原则、逐次渐进、环保高效、合作共赢"的主导思想和适应我国国情的海洋发展战略,以及面向远海保障体系的未来船舶发展趋势预测,对如何进一步发展我国船舶工业提出建议。The limitations and potentials of Chinese development from sea were analyzed, as well as the future developments of marine technologies around the world. According to the tentative plan of the future sea strategy, a main strategy of ＂ out-stretched development with national growing up, peaceful development without any power politics and aggressions, step in and environmental, win-win with cooperation＂ was proposed. The authors figured out that Chinese ship industries should keep step with the national sea strategies. Some suggestions were offered to develop our shipbuilding industry.
