广州骑楼街旅游发展驱动机制及开发策略探析

摘　　要：骑楼街作为广州最具有岭南特色和历史意义的建筑形式，具有很高的旅游价值，但目前广州骑楼街旅游开发力度薄弱。骑楼自身“物质形态——经济发展——社会文化”的恶性循环是导致广州旅游开发驱动力不足的重要原因。进而，对骑楼街旅游发展驱动力的引力系统、支持系统、中介系统提出相应的发展对策。力求达成骑楼街旅游的全面开发，以及对骑楼街区发展的带动。Guangzhou＇s arcade streets, which have remarkable Lingnan characteristics and historical significance, have high tourism value, but have not well developed yet in actual tourism development. The paper indicates that the lack of tourism development driving force results from the vicious circle of material form, economic, social and cultural attributes of Guangzhou arcade streets. Aiming at this problem, this paper brings out development strategies in gravitational system, supporting system and intermediary system in tourism development driving force in order to achieve the arcade streets＇ comprehensive tourism development and their protection.
