摘　　要：对城市热环境的研究尺度进行了划分，并在总结城市尺度热环境影响因素的基础上，借鉴德国和香港城市环境气候图的编制经验，以广州为例论述了在城市尺度上，结合规划管理单元划分生态冷源控制区、城市热环境控制区的区划方法，并对各分区提出了规划设计指引。The paper divides up the research scale of urban thermal environment, and smmarizes the city-scale factors of urban thermal environment. Borrowing from urban environment and climate map making experiences in Germany and Hong Kong, the paper studies the thermal environment zoning methods in Guangzhou, and combines ecological cold source and the urban thermal environment controlled district into study. The paper concludes with the proposed planning and design guidelines of each controlled district.
