摘 要:城市户外广告作为城市的公共资源和重要视觉景观要素,日益成为各方关注的焦点。目前,大多数城市只是在重大节事、赛事时才对城市户外广告进行整治和规划。户外广告规划作为新的规划类型和城市户外广告管理的抓手,在科学化、规范化、体系化等方面还存在一定的分歧和问题。通过对广州、青岛、北京、上海等城市户外广告规划的研究和总结,探讨城市户外广告的规划体系、规划思路和编制方法。Urban outdoor advertising as the city's public resources and important visual landscape elements has been increasingly paid attention. At present, most of the cities plan urban outdoor advertising only in mega-events like festivals or sport games. As a new type of planning and the grip of urban outdoor advertising's management , there are differences and problems on scientific, standardized and systematized of outdoor advertising planning. Taking Guangzhou, Qingdao, Beijing, Shanghai as examples, this paper aims to summarize the urban outdoor advertising planning system and explores new planning methods.
