麝香保心丸对急性心肌梗死患者炎症指标、内皮及心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨了麝香保心丸对急性心肌梗死患者炎症指标、内皮及心功能的影响。方法:我院于2011年6月到2012年6月收治进行心肌梗死患者105例,按照随机分组法分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予常规药物及溶栓治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予麝香保心丸胶囊3粒/次,3次/d,连续治疗2个月,分别对两组患者治疗前后血管内皮功能、心功能及炎症水平进行分析。结果:对照组治疗后低密度脂蛋白(low-density lipoprotein,LDL)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、血管性假性血友病因子(vonWillebrand factor,vWF)、左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fractions,LVEF)、左心室舒张末期容积(left ventricular end-di-astolic volume,LVEDV)及左心室收缩末期容积(left ventricular end-systolic volume,LVESV)等指标较治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)和内皮依赖性舒张功能(flow-mediated diameter,FMD)等指标较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后LDL、TG、vWF、LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV、hs-CRP、IL-6和FMD较治疗前均明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组以上指标较对照组均显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸可降低急性心肌梗死患者血脂,缓解心肌组织炎症反应,改善血管内皮及心功能。Objective ：To explore the effects of Shexiangbaoxin pill on inflammation indicators, cardiac and vascular endothelial functions in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods：Totally 105 patients with acute myocardial infarction from June 2010 to June 2012 were divided randomly into control group and experiment group. Patients in control group were treated with routine therapy while those in experiment group were treated with Shexiangbaoxin pill on the basis of routine therapy. After 2 months, the inflammation level, cardiac and vascular endothelial functions were estimated in control group and experiment group. Results：There was no signifi- cant difference in low density lipoprotein （LDL）, total glycerin （TG）, von willebrand factor （vWF）,left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, left ventricular end diastolic volume （LVEDV） and left ventricular end systolic volume （LVESV） in control group before and after treatment （P〉0.05） and there were significant differences in high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）,interleukin-6 （IL-6） and flow-mediated dilation（FMD） in control group before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. Values of LDL,TG,vWF,LVEF,LVEDV, LVESV, hs-CRP, IL-6 and FMD were improved in experiment group after treatment compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）. Values of the above indicators were improved in experiment group after treatment compared with those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Shexiangbaoxin pill can decrease blood lipids level,improve endothelial dysfunction, cardiac function and inflammatory reactions in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
