摘　　要：本论文从黑龙江省优秀男子冰球运动的体能特征和训练规律下手,从黑龙江省优秀男子冰球运动员的教练员及科研人员处获取有关体能训练的各种反馈信息,对黑龙江省优秀男子冰球运动员的体能训练进一步研究,从而使黑龙江省优秀男子冰球运动员的体能训练的系统化,规范化和科学化进行系统而全面的研究,从而进一步提高黑龙江省优秀男子冰球运动员的体能水平水平。并且,科学地设计出一套评价与诊断黑龙江省优秀男子冰球运动员体能状态的方法学体系。This paper from our elite male ice hockey movement of the physical characteristics and training rules laid a hand on him,from our elite male ice hockey players and coaches in the scientific research personnel to access to the physical training of all kinds of feedback information,to our country outstanding man hockey player of physical training in further research,in order to enable our elite male ice hockey players in the physical training of the systematic,standardized and scientific research,hope to further improve the excellent man hockey player＇s fitness level level.And,scientifically design a set of evaluation and diagnosis the excellent man ice hockey players in the physical state of methodology system.The ice and snow in the north of China sports training theory system consummation and supplement has the vital significance.
