益心舒胶囊治疗更年期综合征68例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益心舒胶囊对治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法本研究在尊重患者个人意愿的基础上,将68例更年期综合征患者分为益心舒胶囊组和对照组各34例。益心舒胶囊组进行口服益心舒胶囊治疗,对照组口服尼尔雌醇治疗。对两组的临床疗效进行比较观察。结果益心舒胶囊组的临床总有效率为85.3%,优于对照组(61.8%),且两组有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益心舒胶囊能有效的对女性更年期综合征进行治疗,且安全性高,是一种值得在妇科临床推广的药物。Objective To study the clinical effect of Yixinshu capsule on 68 cases of menopause syndrome. Methods Basic on the respect of the choices of individual, 68 cases of menopause syndrome patients were divided into Yixinshu capsule group and control group. Yixinshu capsule group was treated with Yixinshu capsule by oral and control group was treated with Nylestriolby by oral . Analysis and comparison of the clinical efficacy of these two drugs. Results The total effective rate of Yixinshu capsule was very high 85.3%, significantly better than the rate of Nylestriolby group（61.8%）, the result had a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine has a significant effect on the treatment of menopause syndrome and meanwhile has a high security. It is worth to be promote in gynecology clinical therapy.
