甲状腺功能减退症患者治疗前后血脂水平、同型半胱氨酸及肌酸激酶活性的变化分析

摘　　要：目的分析甲状腺功能减退症患者治疗前后血脂水平、同型半胱氨酸及肌酸激酶的变化情况。方法把49例初诊为原发性甲状腺功能减退症的患者作为试验组,49例健康者作为对照组纳入研究,对所有入组患者检测治疗前后的FT3、FT4、促甲状腺素、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、同型半胱氨酸及肌酸激酶的水平,并进行统计学分析。结果试验组以上项目检测结果均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗前后相比,各项目检测结果治疗后较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺功能减退患者可伴有血脂水平、同型半胱氨酸及肌酸激酶水平的升高,经治疗后各项指标均有显著降低。因此,可以通过监测以上指标来诊断甲状腺功能减退症和监测治疗效果。Objective To analysis the changes of blood lipid levels,homocysteine and creatine kinase activity before and after treatment on patients with hypothyroidism. Methods 49 patients diagnosed as primary hypothyroidism were as test group and 49 cases of healthy persons were as control group, detected FT3,FT4,TSH,triglyceride, total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,homoeysteine and creatine kinase levels before and after the treatment,and carried out statistical analysis. Results Testing results of test group were higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）.Compared before and after treatment in test group, testing results of after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hypothyroidism patients can be accompanied by increased levels of blood lipids,homocysteine and creatine kinase levels,by the indexes decreased significantly after treatment.Therefore, it can be monitored through the above indicators to hypothyroidism diagnosis and monitoring therapeutic effect.
