烫伤合剂治疗烧烫伤162例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究烫伤合剂在治疗烧烫伤中的临床效果。方法选择2011年12月～2012年12月我院接诊的162例烧烫伤患者,随机分为两组,对照组80例,给以紫花烧伤膏处理,观察组82例,采用烫伤合剂治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者均无感染病例,在止痛药物利用率、色素沉积、创伤愈合时间、形成瘢痕等方面比较,具统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组的总有效率(97.56%)高于对照组(90.00%)(P<0.05)。结论烫伤合剂临床治疗Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级烧烫伤比普通药物疼痛轻、瘢痕弱、愈合快,色素沉着少,是临床应用的理想药物。Objective To study the clinical effect of mixture for scald in the treatment of burn and scald. Methods 162 patients with burn and scald in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. 80 cases in the control group were treated by Purple burn ointment,while 82 cases in the observation group were treated by mixture for scald. The clinical effect of two groups were observed. Results No infection happened in two groups. There were significant difference in utilization of analgesic drug, pigmentation, wound healing time and the formation of scar between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group（97.56%） was higher than that of the control group（90.00%）,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of mixture for scald in the treatment of burn and scald with grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ is better than that of ordinary drug,which has less pain, weaker scar, faster healing and less pigmentation.h is an ideal drug for clinical application.
