摘 要:脑血管狭窄是引起缺血性脑卒中发作的主要原因,是威胁人类生命安全的三大杀手之一。目前诊断脑血管狭窄的"金标准"为脑动脉造影,但因其有创性且缺乏功能性判断指标,故在临床应用中受到一定限制。近年来,多种无创性成像技术为脑血管狭窄的诊断提供了新的途径,在一定程度上弥补了脑动脉造影的技术缺陷。本文就此方面的研究现状作一综述。Cerebral vascular stenosis is the main cause of the onset of ischemic stroke and one of the three major killers of human safety. At present, digital subtraction angiography (DSA), as the "golden standard" of cerebral vascular stenosis, is limited to a certain extent in its clinical applications due to the invasiveness and lack of functional index. In recent years, variable noninvasive imaging technologies provides new strategies for the diagnosis of cerebral vascular stenosis, such as Doppler ultrasound (DUS), computed tomographic angiography (CTA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), etc. However, currently available noninvasive assessments have merely the ability to evaluate the anatomically stenosis. Therefore, it is urgently needed to find a noninvasive assessment to evaluate the cerebral functional ischemia. This review shows the diverse approaches in the determination of cerebral vascular stenosis with regard to their merits and defects.
