摘  要:目的:研究丁香苷(Syringin)对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:采用环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,Cy)50mg/kg腹腔给药,每天1次,连续2天,诱导小鼠免疫低下模型。应用碳廓清实验、溶血素生成实验、ConA及LPS诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应和迟发型变态反应(DTH),考察丁香苷对免疫低下小鼠非特异性免疫、体液免疫和细胞免疫的调节作用。结果:丁香苷15和30mg/kg可不同程度提高Cy致免疫低下小鼠的廓清指数K值和吞噬指数α值,提高免疫低下小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;丁香苷15和30mg/kg不同程度提高免疫低下小鼠血清IgM及脾细胞溶血素的生成;同时提高免疫低下小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应;丁香苷15和30mg/kg可明显促进免疫低下小鼠DTH反应,提高CD4+、CD8+细胞数,使CD4+/CD8+细胞比值上升。结论:丁香苷通过提高免疫低下小鼠非特异性免疫、体液免疫和细胞免疫,而增强免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。To study the immunomodnlatory activity of syringin on cvclophosphamide (CY) -induced immuno-suppressive mice. Meth- ods:CY(5Omg/kg) was administered by intraperitoneal (ip) injection for 2 consecutive days to induce immunosuppressive model. Carbon clearance, quantitative hemolysis , splenic lymphocyte proliferation response induced by concanavalin A (ConA) or lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and DNFB induced delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH) were applied to assay effects of syringin on nonspecific immunity, humoral immunity and cellular immunity. Results:The clearance index (K) and values of phagocytic index (ct) were elevated by syfingin, indicating the phag- ocytosis of macrophages was enhanced in immunosuppressive mice. Productions of IgM in serum and hemolysin in splenocytes were enhanced in immunosuppressive mice by syringin. The suppressed lymphocyte proliferation were reversed by treatment with syringln. Syfingin obviously increased DTH reactivity in immunosuppressive mice. Syfingin not only increased percentages of T cells expressing CIM + and CD8 +, but also enhanced the ratio of the two subset of T lymphocyte. Conclusions:Syringin showed significant immunomodulatory property on immuno- suppressive mice through specific and nonspccific immunity.
