摘  要:目的:考察并比较艾片与合成冰片对脑缺血缺氧小鼠模型的影响。方法:采用小鼠断头、腹腔注射亚硝酸钠、尾静脉注射氯化镁、双侧颈总动脉伴迷走神经结扎脑缺血模型,观察艾片与合成冰片对脑缺血缺氧小鼠的存活时间的影响。结果:与空白组比较,艾片200g/kg、133.33g/kg、66.67g/kg剂量组及合成冰片200g/kg剂量组张口次数显著增加;与空白组比较,艾片200g/kg剂量组及合成冰片200g/kg剂量组断头、腹腔注射亚硝酸钠、尾静脉注射氯化镁、双侧劲总动脉结扎小鼠的存活时间均显著延长,同剂量比较艾片与合成冰片,艾片组小鼠存活时间有长于合成冰片组的趋势。结论:艾片和合成冰片对脑缺血缺氧小鼠模型均有显著的脑保护作用,艾片有优于合成冰片的趋势。To investigate the effect of L-bomeolum and bomeolum syntheticum on cerebral ischemia and anoxia in mice. Methods: The mouse models of cerebral anoxia and ischemia were established by sodium nitrite, decoUation, intravenous injection of magnesium chloride and the occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries with vague nerves. The survival times were detected to observe the influence of the mouse models after drugs. Result: L-borneolum(200g/kg) and bomeolum syntheticum (200g/kg) could remarkably lengthen the survivaltime of the mouse models which were established by sodium nitrite, decollation, intravenous injection of magnesium chloride and the occlu- sion of bilateral common carotid arteries with vague nerves (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈0.01 ). Compared with mice given borneolum syntheticum in same dose, survival time of mice given L-borneolum had an increased tendency. Conclusion: L-bomeolum and borneolum syntheticum have pro- tective effect obviously on cerebral ischemia and anoxia in mice. L-borneolum is slightly better than borneolum syntheticum.
