摘  要:目的:观察朱砂七总蒽醌对S180荷瘤小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法:建立S180小鼠动物模型,分为空白对照组、模型组、环磷酰胺对照组、朱砂七大、中、小剂量组,每天灌胃1次,连续治疗10天后,取瘤组织称其质量,计算抑瘤率,并检测各组荷瘤小鼠血清中超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性和脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量。结果:朱砂七总蒽醌1.2、0.6、0.3 g/kg对S180荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤组织有明显抑制,抑制率为52.6%,39.85%和38.8%;朱砂七总蒽醌各剂量组能明显提高荷瘤小鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px酶活性,降低LDH活性和MDA含量,与荷瘤组相比,1.2g/kg和0.6g/kg剂量组有显著和非常显著性统计学意义。结论:朱砂七总蒽醌可以抑制S180小鼠瘤组织生长,增强机体抗氧化能力可能是其抗肿瘤途径之一。Objective: To study the antioxidant capacity Of ZSQ in S180 bearing mice. Methods: To establish the S180 mice model and were ran- domly divided into five groups: a tumor control group, a cytoxan(CTX) group, an ZSQ high- dose group, an ZSQ middle - dose group and an ZSQ low - dose group, 10 mice in each one. On the llth day, all the mice were sacrificed and tumor tissue was collected for the anti- tumor rate and the determination of SOD,GSH-Px,LDH and MDA , etc. Results: ZSQ significantly inhibit the growth of $180 tumor in mice. The inhibitory rate was 52.6% ,39.85%, and 38.8%. Of all groups (1.2,0.6,0.3 g/kg), SOD and GSH-Px activity was obviously increased, LDH and MDA content obviously decreased in the serum of S180 bearing mice. the antioxidant effect of in S180 mice were signifi- cantly improved. Compared with a tumor-burdened group, middle-dose and high-dose groups indicated significant statistical difference( P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈0.05). Conclusion: ZSQ can inhibit the proliferation of tumor in S180 bearing mice. Strengthen the antioxidant effect may be its one way of antitumor.
