摘  要:目的:研究雄芍汤抗肝纤维化的作用机制。方法:84只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、扶正化瘀胶囊组、雄芍汤预防组和雄芍汤高、低剂量(生药15.8、7.9 g/kg)组。采用腹腔注射猪血清法制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察大鼠肝重与体重的比值及脾重与体重的比值,采用SABC免疫组织化学染色法测大鼠肝组织I型胶原、III型胶原表达,分别采用硫代巴比妥酸法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定大鼠血清MDA和SOD含量。结果:雄芍汤低剂量(7.9 g/kg)可以使肝纤维化大鼠肿大的脾脏缩小(P<0.01),雄芍汤高剂量(15.8 g/kg)和低剂量(7.9 g/kg)均可减少肝纤维化大鼠肝组织Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的沉积,显著降低其血清中MDA的含量和增加SOD的活性。结论:抗氧化为雄芍汤抗肝纤维化的机制之一。To research the effects of Xiongshao decoction (XSD) on immune liver fibrosis in rats. Methods: Eighty-four SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group , model group, Fuzheng Huayu (FZHY) capsule group, XSD prevention group, XSD high-dose and low-dose groups( 15.8 and 7.9 g/kg). The hepatic fibrosis model were induced by injecting porcine serum to the abdominal cavity of rats. To observe the effects of XSD on the ratio of liver weight and body weight, spleen weight and body weight of rats, detect the expression of I colla- gen and III collagen in ratshepatic tissue by SABC immunohistostaining and the content of SOD and MDA in rats'serum using respectively xan- thine oxidase method and thiobarhituric acid method. Results: XSD (7.9 g/kg) can make the intumescent spleen of HF rats decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ), both XSD (7.9 g/kg) and XSD ( 15.8 g/kg) could decrease the sedimentation of I collagen and m collagen in rats hepatic tissue( P 〈 0.05 或 P 〈 0.01 ) and the content of MDA in rats'serum ( P 〈 0.01 ), and increase the activity of SOD in rats 'serum ( P 〈 0, 01 ). Conclusion: One of the mechanisms of XSD anti-hepatic fibrosis is anti-oxidant.
