摘  要:目的:观察黔产粗毛淫羊藿与黔岭淫羊藿总黄酮对Ⅱ型糖尿病模型小鼠的糖代谢的影响。方法:联用高脂饲料及四氧嘧啶建立Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠模型,黔产两种淫羊藿总黄酮分别按剂量100、50mg/kg,灌胃给药14d,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、糖耐量(OGTT)、胰岛素(INS)含量。结果:粗毛淫羊藿总黄酮高剂量(100mg/kg)能降低Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠FBG,改善其OGTT异常,降低血清INS水平。结论:高剂量粗毛淫羊藿总黄酮通过降低Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠FBG,改善OGTT异常,增敏INS,能改善Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠的糖代谢;黔岭淫羊藿总黄酮则效果不明显。Objective:To study the glycometabolism effects of total flavonoids from Epimedium acuminatum and E.leptorrhizum grown in Guizhou(贵州) on the type Ⅱ diabetes.Method: Type Ⅱ diabetes model was established by combining alloxan and high fat diet,4 groups given flavonoids of 100,50 mg/kg for 14 days,Then determine the level of FBG,OGTT,TNS.Result: Total flavonoids from Epimedium acuminatum with high dose 100mg/kg can significantly reduced the FBG of type Ⅱ diabetes,improve the OGTT and increase the sensibility of INS.Conclusion: Total flavonoids from Epimedium acuminatum can improve the glycometabolism of type Ⅱ diabetes by reducing FBG and improving OGTT while the effect of total flavonoids from E.leptorrhizum is not obvious.
