半夏、天南星和滴水珠抗五步蛇毒中毒作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究天南星科植物半夏、天南星和滴水珠抗五步蛇毒中毒的药理作用。方法:小鼠随机分为半夏天南星和滴水珠低、中、高剂量组,模型组、空白组以及阳性组季德胜蛇药片,各组小鼠灌胃给药7d,末次给药1h后腹腔注射五步蛇毒液,观察各组小鼠的中毒表现,计算动物死亡率,取血测定血浆中纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)以及血小板(PLT)、红细胞(RBC)和白细胞(WBC)数目。结果:与模型组相比,半夏、天南星和滴水珠醇提物分别以25mg/kg、50mg/kg、100mg/kg剂量灌胃给药,各给药组小鼠死亡率均明显下降,半夏、天南星和滴水珠对五步蛇毒引起的小鼠血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)上升和纤维蛋白原(FIB)下降具有显著的抑制作用,并对五步蛇毒中毒小鼠外周血血小板(PLT)、红细胞(RBC)和白细胞(WBC)数目具有一定的影响。结论:半夏、天南星和滴水珠具有一定的抗五步蛇毒中毒作用。Objective：To study the against Agkistrodon acutus（Güenther） snake Venom Poisoning of Rhizoma Pinelliae,Rhizoma Arisaematis erubescentis and Rhizoma Pinelliae cordatae.Methods： ICR mice were randomly divided into Pinellia low,medium and high dose group,arisaematis low,medium and high dose group and Rhizoma Pinelliae cordatae low,medium and high dose group,model group and the blank group,the mice were intragastric administering 7 days,after the last administration 1h later,the mice were intraperitoneally injected agkistrodon acutus（Güenther） snake Venom,observe the performance of the mice in each group,calculate the animal mortality,then blood samples were collected and fibers in plasma fibrinogen（FIB）,plasma prothrombin time（PT）,thrombin time（TT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT） and platelet（PLT）,red blood cell（RBC） and white blood cell（WBC） number were determinated.Results： Compared with model group,the mortality of mice in each snake Venom treatment group decreased significantly,Pinellia,Araceae and Rhizoma Pinelliae cordatae（with physiological saline as solvent and make suspension） that were intragastric administered 25mg/kg,50mg/kg and 100mg/kg can slow down the PT,TT and APTT which were increased by snake Venom and increase the FIB content Forther more,the number of the blood platelets（PLT）,the number of red blood cells（RBC） and the number of white blood cell（WBC） is influenced significantly by these medicine.Conclusion： Rhizoma Pinelliae,Rhizoma Arisaematis erubescentis and Rhizoma Pinelliae cordatae can against agkistrodon acutus（Güenther） snake venom poisoning.
