愈宁胶囊对切除性伤口的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究愈宁胶囊对切除性手术伤模型家兔的治疗作用。方法:观察愈宁胶囊对切除伤模型兔伤口愈合面积、病理组织学以及对大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀、小鼠扭体反应的影响。结果:愈宁胶囊对切除性手术伤模型家兔的伤口有治疗作用,起效剂量为1.428g/kg;1.428至5.712g/kg剂量能促进术后第5天和第7天的伤口愈合,减轻术后7天病理的病变程度;1.428至5.712g/kg剂量对大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀有明显抑制作用,1.428至5.712g/kg剂量对小鼠醋酸扭体反应有一定的镇痛作用。结论:愈宁胶囊对家兔切除性伤口模型有修复作用。Objection： To study the role of Yuning capsule in the treatment of skin incision of rabbit models. Methods： The effects of Yuning capsule on the wound healing area,histopathology,rat carrageenan paw edema,and mice twisted body reaction were investigated. Results： The Yuning capsule has treatment effect on the healing of excisional wounds in rabbit models. It promoted the wound healing 5 and 7 days after operation,reduced the degree of pathologic change 7 days after operation,significantly inhibited the carrageen induced foot edema of rats, and writhing response of rats induced by acetic acid. Conclusion： The Yuning capsule possesses functions of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,detumescence and odynolysis,and can promote in situ regenerative repairing of skin at surgical wounds of rabbit models.
