摘　　要：采用面向对象、数据库以及网络技术,建立一套与电网结构相对应、面向整定计算对象的统一数据库系统,实现省调和各地调整定计算资源的共享,保证全网整定计算数据的唯一性,提高继电保护定值准确度,改善省地调交界面保护定值的配合。Based on several technologies such as Object-oriented technology, database and networking technology, a united database system, oriented towards setting calculation object and in accordance with the power grid structure, is built to share the setting calculation resource between provincial power control center and area control center, ensu- ring the uniqueness of setting calculation data over whole grid, improving the relay protection setting accuracy and the coordination in the protection settings between provincial control center and area control center.
