摘 要:针对目前自动变速器成本高的问题,对磨损锁止压盘实施再制造。制备了成分同磨损件相同的粉末,采用高速电弧喷涂修复锁止压盘磨损面,然后对其切削加工,再粘贴耐摩擦材料。采用附带能谱仪的扫描电镜、硬度测试仪及拉伸试验研究了喷涂层的形貌、组成及性能。结果表明:喷涂层组织致密、孔隙率低,与基体的平均结合强度超过30 MPa,表面硬度为42.4 HRC;切削修复的锁止压盘重新粘贴摩擦材料后装配到自动变速器中,满足性能要求,能实车长时间稳定运行,具有可观的经济效益。Powder with the same composition as that of the abrasion lock-up clutch plate was prepared and sprayed onto the worn surface of the plate by highspeed arc spraying.As-sprayed abraded lock-up clutch plate was then machined by cutting and coated with anti-friction material to afford repaired and remanufactured counterpart.The morphology, composition and mechanical properties of the arc-sprayed coating were analyzed with a scanning electron microscope,a hardness meter and a tensile tester.Results indicated that the arc-sprayed coating was compact and had a low porosity,while its bonding strength to substrate and average surface hardness were above 30 MPa and 42.4 HRC,respectively.Moreover,after they were installed into the automatic transmission,as-repaired abrasion lock-up clutch plate and remanufactured counterpart performed well during long-term field driving of vehicles,showing desired economic benefit.
