Corrosion Resistance of Electroless Nickel-Phosphorous Coating on Drill-Pipe in Fresh-Water Mud

摘  要:G105钢油田钻杆在淡水泥浆中腐蚀严重,为此,对其进行化学镀高磷Ni-P层处理。用附带能谱仪的扫描电镜观察了镀层形貌、分析了镀层成分,用测厚仪测试了镀层厚度;通过动态模拟腐蚀装置考察了流速对G105钢及Ni-P镀层腐蚀速率的影响,比较了油田现用的有机涂层和Ni-P镀层的耐高温腐蚀性能和耐磨蚀性能。结果表明:Ni-P镀层表面呈胞状,磷含量为13.23%,属高磷耐蚀镀层;流速对Ni-P镀层腐蚀速率影响较小,Ni-P镀层耐蚀性明显优于G105钢;有机涂层经10 h强化磨蚀就发生损伤,Ni-P镀层50 h基本没有变化;低流速下,有机涂层高温腐蚀10 h而鼓泡,Ni-P镀层则没有变化。Electroless Ni-P coating with high phosphorus content was prepared on G105 drill-pipe to improve the corrosion resistance in fresh-water mud. A scanning electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive spectrometer attachment was performed to observe the morphology of as-plated Ni-P coating and determine its composition as well,while a thickness gauge was performed to measure the thickness of the coating.In the meantime,the effect of flow rate on the corrosion rate of G105 steel and electroless Ni-P coating was investigated with a dynamic simulation corrosion test device; and the high temperature corrosion resistance and abrasion-corrosion resistance of organic coatings currently used at oilfields were compared with those of electroless Ni-P coating.Results indicated that as-plated electroless Ni-P coating had cell-like appearance and contained 13.23%P,belonging to corrosion-resistant coating with high content of P.Besides,flow rate had minor effect on the corrosion rate of electroless Ni-P coating,and asplated Ni-P coating possessed much better corrosion resistance than G105 steel substrate.Moreover,the organic coatings were liable to destruction after 10 h of enhanced abrasion,while electroless Ni-P coating remained unaltered even after 50 h of enhanced abrasion under the same condition.In addition,under low flow rate,the organic coatings were liable to bubbling after 10 h of enhanced abrasion,but electroless Ni-P coating remained unchanged under the same condition.
