摘　　要：文章介绍了松花江流域综合规划的主要内容,从流域防洪减灾、水资源综合利用、水资源与水生态环境保护、流域综合管理等方面阐述了规划对流经济社会发展的支撑作用。The paper introduces the main content of comprehensive planning of Songhuajiang river basin,and expounds the supporting role of basin planning on the economic and social development from the aspects of basin flood control and disaster reduction,water resources comprehensive utilization,water resources and water ecology environment protection,basin comprehensive management,etc.
