摘 要:以1.0 mol/L硫酸为改性剂,微波辅助制备酸改性粉煤灰吸附剂。通过SEM、FTIR对粉煤灰形貌及结构进行分析,用分光光度法对其吸附性能进行分析。结果表明,硫酸用量为4 mL/g、微波功率400 W、微波时间8 min时制得的酸改性粉煤灰处理含砷废水效果较好,常温下,当吸附剂用量10 g/L、废水pH值为6、吸附时间30 min时,砷酸根脱除率可达90.29%,比酸改性粉煤灰脱除率提高了5.99%。Acid modified fly ash was prepared through microwave-assisted with 1.0 mol/L sulfuric acid. The morphology and structure of fly ash was analysed by SEM and FTIR, the adsorption performance of fly ash was analysed by spectrophotometry. The result show that under the modified conditions with the dosage of sulphate acid 4 mL/g, microwave power 400 W, modification time 8 min and with the adsorption conditions of the mass of adsorbent 10 g/L, waste water pH value of 6, adsorption time 30 min, temperature 25 ℃, the removal rate reach to 90.29%, increase by 5.99% compared with acid modified fly.
