摘　　要：[目的]对临床路径实施效果进行综合评价。[方法]对上海市某三级医院Ⅱ型糖尿病患者临床路径组和对照组的住院时间、抗菌素使用时间、药物费用、住院总费用运用TOPSIS法进行对照研究。[结果]实施临床路径后的药物费用、抗菌素使用时间、药物费用和住院总费用显著降低(P<0.05)。[结论]实施临床路径的患者综合效果好于对照组。Objective Comprehensive assessment to clinical pathway implementation effect. Methods Control study on hospital stays, time of antibiotics use, cost of medicine, total cost of hospitalization in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai between clinical pathway group of patients with type II diabetes and control group by TOPSIS method. Results The cost of medicine, time of antibiotics and total cost of hospitalization indicators are obviously lower （P〈0.05） after carrying out clinical pathway. Conclusions The comprehensive effect of clinical pathway groups are better than control groups.
