脉动真空压力灭菌器的B-D测试研究

摘　　要：Bowie-dick测试(以下简称B-D测试)是检验脉动真空压力灭菌器腔室内非冷凝气体去除情况的重要方法,本文通过日常B-D测试监控的数据结果,分析了B-D测试阳性结果产生的原因,其中假阳性结果比较多,脉动真空压力灭菌器通常是性能优良的。Bowie-dick Test （B-D test for short in the following paper） is a critical method which checkout if the non-condensation gas is removed off from pulse vacuum pressure sterilizer. The article analyzes the reasons of positive results based on routine B-D test monitoring result data. Among them false positive results are in more, normally pulse vacuum pressure sterilizer is good.
